Leasing Professional – Student Living

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its student living community in Wexler. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
