About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a mid‑rise, lease‑up community of 320 units in Southhaven. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for unit inspections and documentation.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
