Leasing Professional – South Shore Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized garden‑style community of 450 units on the South Shore. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow community policies on concessions and specials.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Reliable transportation for on‑site duties.
• Experience supporting resident events and setting up model units.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
