Leasing Professional – Somerset, TX

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Somerset, TX community. In this role you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit screening, background checks, prepare lease documents and coordinate smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any maintenance needed to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and maintain resident data.
