Leasing Professional – SoMa at Brickell

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for our SoMa at Brickell community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets through full‑cycle leasing and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit screening, criminal background checks and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness and coordinate any maintenance issues.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or sales with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and meet occupancy goals.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to market analysis.
