Leasing Professional – Simmons Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for its stabilized mid‑rise community in Simmons Park. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through full‑cycle leasing and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, and processing applications.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet, qualify, and guide prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for lease documentation, move‑in inspections, and data entry.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends as needed.
