Leasing Professional – Silver Level

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional at the Silver level to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction for a stabilized mid‑rise community of 268 units. The role involves managing the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease signing and resident renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi, Funnel, and other CRM systems.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property management experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using Funnel for marketing or lead management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for resident tracking.
