Leasing Professional – Silo Phase I

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Silo Phase I community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, traffic, and leasing activity using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm (schedule may change).
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
