About the role
The Leasing Professional is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue for a residential community in Sewell, NJ. This full‑time position manages the entire leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth lease signings.
- Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready and schedule any necessary preparations.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident renewal efforts.
