Leasing Professional – Sevens

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for a 572‑unit mid‑rise community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and complete credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any maintenance issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and leasing activity.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales or customer‑service experience, preferably in real‑estate leasing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and residents.
• Ability to work a Friday‑to‑Tuesday schedule, 9 am–6 pm.
