Leasing Professional – Sevens

About the role

The Leasing Professional – Sevens will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a large lease‑up community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and processing applications.
• Manage lease renewals and retain existing residents through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lease term to enhance resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in lease‑up communities or multifamily properties with 350+ units.
• Demonstrated ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
