Leasing Professional – Seattle & Eastside

About the role

The Leasing Professional will support Greystar’s Seattle and Eastside portfolio, primarily the Soma Towers community and other properties in the Bellevue area. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage lease renewal negotiations.
• Collaborate with property management teams to achieve community occupancy and revenue targets.
