Leasing Professional – Santana Row

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our Santana Row community. In this role you will drive leasing activity, ensure resident satisfaction, and support lease renewals for a stabilized, mid‑rise property of 342 units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Prepare lease documents, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and coordinate move‑in logistics.
• Inspect units before resident occupancy and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with community policies on concessions and specials.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience in residential real estate.
• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, professional, and reliable, able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends with adaptable days off.

• Proficiency with internet marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook, email).
