Leasing Professional – Sablewood Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Sablewood townhome community in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available townhomes.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to maximize occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Previous experience in leasing or property management, preferably in a residential community.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of handling a high volume of inquiries and paperwork.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
