Leasing Professional – RT 500

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the RT 500 community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive prospect engagement and lease management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident transitions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for tours and lease negotiations.
• Detail‑oriented approach to unit inspections, documentation, and data entry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property management systems.
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
