About the role
The Leasing Professional – Reverie will drive the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals. You will guide prospects through every step of the leasing journey, ensure a seamless move‑in experience, and support residents throughout their lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee the signing process.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm readiness and coordinate any required maintenance.
- Coordinate community marketing initiatives to attract qualified prospects.
- Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support and address lease‑related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and assist with resident renewal activities.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a high‑quality living environment.
