Leasing Professional – Revela Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to join the Revela community team. You will be the front‑line representative, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through leasing activities and community marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage leasing data.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Availability to work weekends as required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Interest in real‑estate leasing and community marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
