Leasing Professional – Residential Property

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for Broadstone Sterling Ranch by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease renewal. This full‑time position is based in Littleton, Colorado, and focuses on delivering a seamless experience for new and existing residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics, inspect units before occupancy, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and manage resident move‑in packages.
• Drive lease renewals by engaging current residents and addressing their needs.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
