Leasing Professional – Residential Leasing Role

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Lions Gate North community. You will be the front‑line representative, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Provide a seamless move‑in experience and address resident concerns throughout the lease term.
• Research market comps to support pricing, marketing, and advertising strategies.
• Plan and execute community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and ensure timely processing of legal documents.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
