Leasing Professional – Residential Leasing

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Tapestry community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Build prospect pipelines and conduct virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (preferred) with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property‑management software (Yardi or One Site) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for completing legal documents and explaining apartment features.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
