Leasing Professional – Prose Park View

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Prose Park View community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Experience conducting tours, processing applications, and managing lease documentation.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Detail‑oriented approach to unit inspections and coordination with maintenance teams.
