Leasing Professional – Prose Murphy Creek

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Prose Murphy Creek community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in, while also fostering resident satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
