About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential property in Portland, aiming to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy and schedule any necessary preparations.
- Execute all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
