Leasing Professional – Platform Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Platform community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will guide prospects through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while maintaining strong relationships with current residents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
