Leasing Professional – Pinewood Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Pinewood community will drive occupancy and revenue by managing all aspects of the leasing process. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them from initial inquiry through move‑in and supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and handover.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready and schedule any necessary preparations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident renewal efforts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and documentation.
