Leasing Professional – Pearl DTC Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Pearl DTC community. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community and showing apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, prepare lease documents and coordinate move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and lease documentation.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adapt leasing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
