Leasing Professional – Passero

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Passero community team. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build resident relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a Friday‑to‑Tuesday schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook).
