Leasing Professional – Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Leasing Professional to join our Broadstone Pullman community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective leasing, marketing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records of unit availability, prospect activity and resident data using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, credit screening and lease documentation.
• Ability to stay current on local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills for tours, negotiations and resident interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook, email).
