About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Leasing Professional to join our community team in Everett, MA. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle from prospecting to lease renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease documents.
- Coordinate move‑in logistics, inspect units for readiness, and schedule any necessary maintenance.
- Provide ongoing resident support, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Drive lease renewals and implement strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
