Leasing Professional – Park Summit

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Park Summit community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through end‑to‑end leasing processes and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident records.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Familiarity with leasing software such as Funnel or Yardi is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Funnel leasing platform.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management system.
• Experience using OneSite or similar on‑site management software.
