About the role

The Leasing Professional at Park at River Oaks will drive the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, ensure smooth move‑ins, and support existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up on lease renewals to maximize retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to align leasing strategies with community goals.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets in a residential leasing environment.
