About the role
The Leasing Professional for Parc at Roundtree will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, ensure a smooth move‑in experience, and support existing residents throughout their lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee the signing process.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
- Maintain resident satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or leasing within a residential community.
- Ability to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
