Leasing Professional – Palm Beach Preserve

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for its Palm Beach Preserve community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property management.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and residents.
