Leasing Professional – Origin Community

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Origin community. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance issues and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to meet occupancy targets.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team as needed.
