Leasing Professional – One Burton

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the One Burton community will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. Working on-site in South Salt Lake, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless move‑in experience and fostering long‑term tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm readiness and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Assist residents throughout their lease term, addressing inquiries and facilitating renewals.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update community marketing materials as needed.
