Leasing Professional – Oasis at Woodland

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Oasis at Woodland community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, and processing applications.
• Conduct credit screenings and criminal background checks, prepare lease agreements, and manage move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards by conducting daily inspections and ensuring the community presents a high‑quality appearance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with maintenance, marketing, and management teams.
