Leasing Professional – Oakland

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Oakland community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering exceptional service to current and prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and present leasing options.
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Manage lease renewals and implement retention initiatives to maintain high occupancy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and community events.
• Address resident inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related real‑estate field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Availability to work a schedule with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in a stabilized, mid‑rise community.
