Leasing Professional – Notting Hill

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for its Notting Hill community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet and qualify prospects effectively.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and move‑in preparation.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
