About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a North Phoenix community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing and exceptional resident service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing process.
- Inspect units before move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and coordinate lease renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing and property teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
