Leasing Professional – Museum Place

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Museum Place community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Preferred experience in affordable housing.
