Leasing Professional – Multi‑Site (3 Communities)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a proactive Leasing Professional to support three of its communities in Chapel Hill, NC. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across Sunstone, Shadowood, and Regent Place, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concession programs to boost leasing.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, perform credit and background checks, and manage lease renewals.
