Leasing Professional – Mosaic

About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead the marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Mosaic community in Sacramento. Working closely with the property management team, you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention by delivering a high‑quality leasing experience from prospect outreach through lease signing and renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
- Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, coordinate move‑in paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage renewal negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the property and achieve occupancy targets.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
- Experience with tax‑credit or affordable‑housing operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
