About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the NOVEL Morrisville community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by managing all leasing activities and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
• Maintain smooth resident move‑in experiences and address ongoing resident needs.
• Drive lease renewals and support resident retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the property.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
