Leasing Professional – Montego Bay

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community in Montego Bay, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit quality through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
