Leasing Professional – Millennium High Street

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for our community on Millennium High Street. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through the full leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust leasing strategies.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to coordinate move‑in inspections and maintenance requests.
