Leasing Professional – Mid‑Rise Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for a stabilized mid‑rise community of 254 units. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing or sales within residential real‑estate.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
