About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for a mid‑rise, lease‑up community. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build resident relationships.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
