Leasing Professional – Mid‑Rise Community (Charlotte, NC)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Laurent community, a mid‑rise, lease‑up property in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and coordinate lease renewal activities.
• Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing tasks efficiently.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
