Leasing Professional – Mid‑Rise Community (Charlotte, NC)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the team at Elan LoSo, a mid‑rise community of 355 units in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through full‑cycle leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and maintain prospect and resident data.
• Adhere to community policies on concessions, specials and other occupancy‑boosting programs.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Ability to perform all leasing activities from prospecting to lease signing.
• Strong attention to detail for unit inspections and documentation.
• Knowledge of local rental market conditions.
