Leasing Professional – Midrise Community (317 Units)

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a stabilized mid‑rise community of 317 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units prior to occupancy and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, resident relations or property‑management sales.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet occupancy goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
